I commented on Leanna, Gabe, and Amelia.
I don't like reading about sports. If blog posts could be a sentence, that's all I would say. When the book talks about the characters, and when Harrison is in class and home, I think, "This is the best book ever, wow!" then Tim Green decides to say, "yard line, kickoff, soccer ball, sports, chinstrap." What is a chinstrap?
In the last chapters I have read, there is a dance right after the football game. Justin, Harrison's best friend, tells him that he should ask Becky. Becky is a good friend to Harrison and they eat lunch together. The thing is, Harrison is madly in like with her. Justin thinks it's a good idea for Harrison to ask Becky because of that but Harrison overhears a conversation between coach and Becky's father. Basically, because of Harrison's past, he doesn't want Becky to go with him and according to what he has overheard, Becky is scared of him. Harrison did the dumb and jumped into conclusions. The next day at school, he started avoiding her and acting like a jerk towards her. Later on they cleared things up and it turns out Becky really likes Harrison.
Another thing that happened was that Jennifer, Harrison's foster parent, asked him if he could call her "mom." I think that this is a big step for Harrison because he moved around a lot to never truly have somewhere he can call home.

I feel that Unstoppable is a very interesting book. Green is renown for his work in sports book. I feel that I can relate a bit with Harrison on the fact that calling his foster parent, "Mom." Although it may seem a bit weird when I was younger I wouldn't call my dad, Dad. I had made up a nickname for him, "Qua." One day I decided to call him "Dad", it was a pretty big deal since I usually called him Qua. Not only with my own father but adults as well. Usually when I meet someone new or an adult my parents are friends with, it takes a while before I actually call them by their name.
