Evaluate whether the main character would be worthy of your friendship.
I drew a picture of Maura. Maura is a goth girl is crazy for Will Grayson 2. The thing is, is that he doesn't like her at all. He never tells her anything but she still bugs him to find out. Early in the book, she asked Will Grayson 2 if he was gay. He never answered her so she got upset. She always wants and does find out, which is a little creepy how she wants to know everyhing. (I never find out why she's like that.) Meanwhile, Will Grayson 2 thinks that he is talking to an actual guy online (Isaac, the guy he was supposed to meet.) That "guy" turns out to be Maura. He gets so upset to the point where he gives Maura the silent treatment and says horrible things about her. I wrote on the bottom of the poster, "He's not real, it's Maura!" because of this event.
Though the book is called Will Grayson, Will Grayson, this story is more about Tiny. I don't think that Tiny is worthy of my friendship. I love his character but if I knew him personally, I wouldn't chose him. Tiny is the kind of person that ignores you when they are in a relationship and when they are heartbroken, they come back to you. I know a lot of people like that, unfortunately but I try to avoid those people because I don't want to think they actually like me as a friend but they end up ditching me. Another thing about Tiny is that he makes things seem better then they actually are. This is a good and bad thing. It's good because it means he isn't a pessimist. Even though he is fully aware that people criticize him, he doesn't think about it. That's a time to think about happier things, but sometimes there are inappropriate times to do that. In the story when Tiny and Will Grayson 2 are taking, Will Grayson 2 talks about his depression. Tiny tries to cheer him up and talk about good things but he didn't understand that that wasn't what Will Grayson 2 wanted. Tiny is also a bit selfish. When Tiny is writing his musical, he tells Will Grayson 1 to be part of it when he doesn't want to. He just doesn't seem like the kind of person I would want as a friend.
This is my last Will Grayson, Will Grayson post. It's an amazing book, it's unique. I highly recommend it.

I really liked your picture and how you described the character in the picture. It was great that you mentioned why the book is called Will Grayson and your opinion about changing the title. You gave specific details about the character tiny and why the book should be named after him. Thanks for the Recommendation!
